Follow These Instructions to Submit a Draw Request & Videos

The Process:​

1. Submit your draw request here on our website (link below).
2. Open the secure text link we send to your phone after your request is submitted.
3. Download the TruePic Vision App.
4. Start recording the videos when you are onsite.
5. When you are done recording the videos, submit or complete your inspection on your phone.
6. One of our staff members will review, process, approve and fund your request according to the work completed and verified through the videos submitted in the TruePic Vision App.


Detailed Instructions

1. Type line # only for each requested item.

2. You can request full or partial amounts per item.

3. We can only fund full or partial requests if you provide enough video evidence to support it.

4. After you submit your request:

  • You will receive a text with a link
  • Click the link to open the FREE Truepic Vision App
  • Use the app to take videos of all requested items

Please Note

1. RESPONSE TIME – We will email you within 1 to 2 business days to tell you if your request is approved or denied.

2. FUNDING – Next-Day funding is not guaranteed. We try to make this happen every time, but, we can’t promise it on every request. Funding may take 3-5 business days after approval.

3. REQUIRED DRAW VIDEO PROTOCOL *All Draws*​ – You will receive a text message instructing you to download and install the Truepic Vision App to your smartphone and use the app to send to videos to accompany your draw request. See below for a complete list of what videos you need to provide for every draw. We may reach out to you for more videos if the videos you provide do not clearly evidence each of the line items of your request.

For every draw submit a separate video for each of the following:

Video 1 – Shows 100% of Exterior & Lawn
 Video 2 – Shows 100% of Basement (if there is one)
 Video 3 – Shows 100% of 1st Floor
 Video 4 – Shows 100% of 2nd Floor (if there is one)
 Video 5 – Shows 100% of 3rd Floor (if there is one)
